NBF has initiated the webinar series – ‘Rebooting Namma Bengaluru’, to connect citizen with government functionaries, discuss and exchange ideas and suggestions to bring normalcy back in the lives of Bengalureans during and post Covid19 lockdown period.
RWAs, NGOs and Citizen groups of Bengaluru have had constructive discussions with the Honourable Deputy CM Dr Ashwath Narayan, Members of Parliament Sri Rajeev Chandrasekhar & Sri Tejasvi Surya and Worshipful Mayor Sri Gautham Kumar. The ideas and suggestions are summarised and submitted to the government for due consideration.
In our webinar on August 21st 2020, Dr. Shalini Rajneesh IAS, State Nodal Officer – Covid Testing & Additional Chief Secretary (Planning, Program Coordination and Statistics Department) will discuss with citizen, media and academia about the efforts the Government has taken to control the pandemic, specifically in Namma Bengaluru. The discussion also explored on how RWAs, NGOs, Citizen groups and people could join hands with the government in this effort.
