What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit the site you may provide the Publisher with information relating to your use of the Site collected on an aggregate basis as you and other Users browse the Site. Similar to other web sites, the Site utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and server logs to collect information about how the Site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Site, and the web sites visited just before and just after the Site. The Publishers, its advertisers, advertisement serving companies and Affiliated Parties may also use small pieces of code called “web beacons” or “clear gifs” to determine which advertisements and promotions Users have seen and how Users responded to them.
What Are Cookies?
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a web site, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies?
Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Publisher does not share any information collected through cookies with any Third Parties.
Notice of New Services and Changes
Occasionally, the Publisher may also use the information collected to notify you about important changes to the Site, new services and special offers the Publisher thinks you will find valuable. As a User, you will be given the opportunity to notify the Publisher of your desire not to receive these offers by sending the Publisher an email request at email@example.com
The Publisher may disclosure any information relating to your use of the Site if required to do so by law or if the Publisher believes that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on the Publisher or its Affiliated Parties; (b) protect and defend the Publisher’s rights and property, the Site, the users of the Site, and/or its Affiliated Parties; or (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of Users of the Site, the Publisher, or third parties.
