Namma Bengaluru Foundation organised a Webinar on #BengaluruFightsCorona with Sri Rajeev Chandrashekar, MP, Founder Trustee NBF with Dr Sudhakar K, Minister of Health and Family Welfare with RWAs, CSOs and citizens for a discussion to step up collective efforts against COVID19 and for organizing Vaccination camps. of Bengaluru joining us. The webinar was attended by more than 200 citizens. The speakers interacted with citizens and answered their queries.
Dr Sudhakar the Minister for Health and Family Welfare stated that in the city of Bengaluru 13000 Beds which includes HDU, ICU and Ventilator has been reserved among the govt quota in Bengaluru city. About 500 ambulances have been in service for Covid patients in Bengaluru city. GOK has set up a total of 58 Patient Triage centres across Bengaluru with Doctors and nurses on a 24/7 basis for covid walk in patients to assist and support the BBMP zonal war rooms.
